Gregory v. Beverly Enterprises, Inc., et al.

Conducted investigation for Plaintiff in case alleging elder abuse, negligence, and fraud.
Jury Verdict 3/4/98: $95.1 million in compensatory and punitive damages. The Gregory case was profiled in the Wall Street Journal (March 6, 1998) and on the CBS Evening News (July 22, 1998).


Other Activities

Consultant to plaintiffs’ attorneys regarding investigation of elder abuse claims for numerous cases with a variety of defendant corporations in numerous California counties. Further provided consultation regarding investigation of claims, corporate practices, and facility operations to attorneys outside California, including cases based in Massachusetts, Texas, Arkansas, and numerous other states.
